Cancellation Policy

Public policy content managed by OURDAY SANTA administrators. These rules help parents understand ordering, payment, and support expectations before placing a meal order.

Overview

Parents cannot cancel an order after it has been placed and paid for. The only permitted post-payment change is order modification within 30 minutes of payment. No refunds are available for paid orders.

Parent Responsibilities

Parents should confirm child, school, class, event, restaurant, and meal details before payment.

Payments

Payments are handled through Paystack. OURDAY SANTA does not store card details on the platform.

Order Changes

  • Paid orders may be modified within 30 minutes of payment.
  • Parents cannot cancel paid orders.
  • No refunds are permitted for paid orders.
