Parents cannot cancel paid orders. The only permitted parent change is modification within 30 minutes of payment.

Parents should confirm all child, event, restaurant, meal, and payment details before completing payment.
Payments
Once payment is completed, the order may be prepared for the selected event and child.
Order Changes
The only permitted post-payment parent change is order modification within 30 minutes of payment where available.
No refunds are available for paid orders.
Support
Operational exceptions may be reviewed by authorized staff or administrators, but they do not create a parent cancellation or refund right.
