Public policy content managed by OURDAY SANTA administrators. These rules help parents understand ordering, payment, and support expectations before placing a meal order.

Overview
No refunds are permitted for paid orders. Parents should review all order details before payment. Paid orders may only be modified within 30 minutes of payment where the platform still allows modification.
Parent Responsibilities
Parents should confirm child, school, class, event, restaurant, and meal details before payment.
Payments
Payments are handled through Paystack. OURDAY SANTA does not store card details on the platform.
Order Changes
- Paid orders may be modified within 30 minutes of payment.
- Parents cannot cancel paid orders.
- No refunds are permitted for paid orders.
