Public policy content managed by OURDAY SANTA administrators. These rules help parents understand ordering, payment, and support expectations before placing a meal order.

Overview

Parents are responsible for confirming child, school, class, event, restaurant, and meal details before placing an order. After an order has been placed and paid for, parents may modify the order only within 30 minutes of payment. Paid orders cannot be cancelled by parents.

Payments

Payments are handled through Paystack. OURDAY SANTA does not store card details on the platform.

Order Changes

  • Paid orders may be modified within 30 minutes of payment.
  • Parents cannot cancel paid orders.
  • No refunds are permitted for paid orders.
