Overview
By using OURDAY SANTA, you agree to use the platform only for legitimate school-event meal ordering and account management.
Parents are responsible for keeping account, child, school, and class details accurate.
Parent Responsibilities
Before placing an order, parents must confirm the selected child, school, class, event, restaurant, meal, quantity, price, and payment details.
Parents should only place orders for children who are enrolled in the school connected to the selected event.
Payments
Payments are processed through Paystack. An order may remain pending until payment confirmation is received.
OURDAY SANTA does not store card details.
Order Changes
After an order has been placed and paid for, parents may modify the order only within 30 minutes of payment where the platform still allows the change.
Paid orders cannot be cancelled by parents and refunds are not permitted.
