OURDAY SANTA helps parents order and pay for school-event meals. We collect only the information needed to create accounts, connect children to schools/classes, process orders, confirm payments, support users, and run the platform securely.

Payment processing is handled by Paystack. OURDAY SANTA does not store sensitive card details.

When you sign in with Google, OURDAY SANTA may access your Google account name, email address, profile picture/avatar, and Google account identifier provided by Google Sign-In.

OURDAY SANTA only requests the basic Google Sign-In scopes needed for authentication, such as profile and email. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google account content.

We request these basic profile details only to create or sign you into your OURDAY SANTA account, display your account identity inside the app, prevent duplicate accounts, and help with account support.

Google user data is used for authentication, account creation, profile display, session/security management, and support. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

OURDAY SANTA does not sell Google user data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We may collect parent profile details, child names, selected schools/classes, event selections, restaurant and meal choices, order records, payment references/status, support details, and uploaded images such as profile photos or school/event/meal images.

This information is used to provide ordering, payment confirmation, fulfilment, reporting, safety, audit, and support features.

Account, order, and upload data is stored in our application database and storage infrastructure, including Supabase services used to operate the app. We use access controls and role-based permissions to limit who can view or manage data.

We may share necessary data with service providers that help operate the platform, such as authentication, database, hosting, storage, payment, and email/support providers. These providers may only process data for the service they provide to OURDAY SANTA.

You may stop using Google Sign-In by changing your Google account permissions or by using another available sign-in method where supported. You may also contact OURDAY SANTA support to request account review or deletion.

Deletion requests are handled subject to legal, operational, payment, fraud-prevention, and school-event recordkeeping requirements.
